• How to set up the softphones to work with UcallWeconn?

  
  You can use UcallWeconn services, if you're connected to the Internet. We maintain a competetive price list, so, you always can be sure, that you get the best rates with a good quality.
  
  This is a link to sign up You will have 3 steps. Step one is confirming your email, step two is giving us a little bit more data about you (nothing special, just a name, a second name, the desired login name etc).
  
  You will need a computer, a microphone and headphones to use the services. You will also need some VoIP  program to be set up. We advice the following program to our users:
  
  Own branded soft phone (download link, installation and configuration guide).
  
  PhonerLite (PhonerLite download link, PhonerLite configuration guide). PhonerLite is one of the easiest soft-phones, which is very fast to setup and very convenient to use.
  
  If PhonerLite by some reason doesn't work well for you, but you still demand a soft phone, which is installed on your desktop, please, contact the customer support.
  
  If you have Java enabled instead of installing a software to your desktop you can use our web application inside user area. It is an autoprovisioned applet with ability to bypass network bottlenecks and works extremely well in places, where network is not set up properly or VoIP is under restrictions.
  
  We have users, who use other soft phones:
  - X-Lite (there is a Mac version of the soft phone available, X-Lite configuration guide. Set up your X-Lite for UcallWeconn);
  - SJPhone. We do not advise you anymore to install SJPhone, so, we removed the download link. Still for those, who uses this VoIP programm and wants to set it up for UcallWeconn calls, we have SJ Phone set up tutorial;
  - Zoiper. (Zoiper configuration guide. Set up your Zoiper for UcallWeconn)
  Once downloaded and installed the software should be configured for usage with UcallWeconn.
  
  The last step of the registration will be an upfront payment. You can start from 6 dollars and pay with one of the 55 available payment options. These 6 dollars go directly to your balance. No set up fees, no extra charges, no monthly fees, you pay only for minutes, which you use.
  
  After you update the balance during the registration, you will get the e-mail with service set up details. You will get a SIP host, SIP login and SIP password. The email will also have a login and password for your user area, which is protected by SSL certificate.
